The Reunion!

So my Moms side of the family had a reunion and it was sooo much fun! Other than my 3 cousins MIA everyone was there! It was 2 days and the first day we met at the park in Whittier and ate and ate and ate, played ridiculously funny games, and just got to spend time together and catch up. My cousin Renee was there and she lives in Ohio so we don't get to see her that much. She never even met Adam before! Crazy huh? Then my great cousin Gil was there from Florida. Great cousin? Is that the right title? He's my Moms cousin...so is he my second cousin, no, I think great cousin is right...anyways and his wife Rebecca and his two gorgeous daughters. Those were the ones we don't get to see a lot cuz they don't live in CA. And even though we live in AZ we kinda see everyone still. So Saturday was the park then Saturday night some of us went to dinner. Then Sunday we all went to Auntie Susie's house to swim and eat and eat and eat some more! That's what we do! We eat!! We didn't get to hang out that long on Sunday cuz Adam had to be back at work on Monday (party pooper) lol

We also played a game where we brought our baby pics and people had to guess who they were, not everyone brought theirs but it was still fun. And Cousin Gil told me to take a picture of it and then write all the correct answers for those who still couldn't figure it out...so her it goes.

1. Adam
2. Hailey
3. Elijah
4. Acacia
5. Natalia
6. Bella
7. Auntie Gloria
8. Jesse
9. My Mom Vickie
Auntie Susie
Auntie Bonnie
11. Megan
13. Cousin Gil
18. Adrie
21. Elias
Then the three on the bottom where I didn't get the numbers are(in order) Gillian, Jianna and Rebecca

Here are some more random pics from our reunion enjoy! BTW let me know if you want me to send the pics to you on shutterfly!

Zadie Brooke Frazier

So Brandy had her baby! She came July 14 at 8:26am Weighing in at 6lbs 7oz and I think like 18 inches. She came by c-section and had a little bit of problems at first but she is now home and doing great. The first thing we did when we got home from CA was go see her! I had visited Brandy in the hospital before we left but Adam and the girls didn't get a chance to see her till yesterday. She is gorgeous...absolutely perfect in every way. Brandy thinks she looks like her Daddy, I still can't tell. I think she's a good mix of her brothers and sister. Her she is...

So much

Wow! California was great. We did the beach, Disneyland and family reunion!! pics and post to come soon! Still trying to unpack and what not.

The 4th

So our Fourth of July was great. We started the day off at the base pool. It was soo hott!!! We spent a couple of hours there then we went to the commissary to get some groceries for dinner. We had SOOO much food! We later went down the Surprise stadium to see some fireworks but we never saw them. The weather was all jacked up. The girls were sad but by the time we got home they were asleep so I guess they weren't that disappointed lol

The truth comes out!

You Are 30% Weird

Not enough to scare other people...

But sometimes you scare yourself.

DRAMA

So I was washing the dishes the other day and my sink basically decided to start acting a fool. It started to squirt out of a million different places except the correct spout. Oh yeah this happened one of the days Adam was gone so I wasn't too happy about that. Dumb stuff like that always happens when Adam is gone but that is a whole other blog. lol Anyways my sweet husband's first attempt to fix it went ok. But soon he learned that we needed another faucet. So off he goes to Home Depot. He come back and as he is more than half way done with replacing it, I don't know what happens but something doesn't fit correctly into something blah blah blah he needs to go back and get another one. So off he goes to round 2 of Home Depot. He comes back and suer enough, success!! I was so proud of my husband! You see he has never been taught in thigs like this before. He left home when he was 17 and his Dad never really taught him things like this, partly because he just would fix it!! So some husbands know all that plumbing stuff, but my husband can drive a Hum V while 2 other ones drive behind him and it's his job to clear the way of upcoming traffic. Your husband uses a staple gun and mine uses an M16. I am always proud of my husband. He jus really amazes me when he does things that are not in his element. Like shooting his weapon he is all down for! Changing a faucet, not so much.

Then he notices like this really big wet spot in the front of our house like by the front door. L O N G S T O R Y short, a line from our fridge came out causing it to leak but it didn'te really leak in the kitchen it leaked behind teh fridge, into the walls, soaking our carpet so now I have holes in the walls and those big blowers in my house that are extremely LOUD since Sunday trying to dry everything up! DRAMA!

JOB OFFER with Monrovia

So Adam's interview went well. He was offered a "conditional job offer". Which means he has to take his psychological test and his physical and when he passes those he has a job! He was worried about the time in between when the academy starting and him getting out of the air force and the captain said as soon as he gets out of the air force that he can come in start working!! How awesome is that? Total answer to prayer. He has both test coming up mid July. So depending how fast or slow it takes them to get the results we could be living in Ca by the end of August. I don't want to move. Adam and Hailey couldn't be more excited! But I do feel like the Lord is preparing my heart for it. I feel him slowly removing friendships from me here in AZ and slowly growing more with my friends in CA. I know a lot of our family is excited about us moving back! Grandpa Cruz, Uncle Ronnie, Uncle Anthony, and Grandma Lori. I was talking to my friend Julie the other day and I think that I may have been underestimating the importnace of my kids being able to see their grandparents more...they sure do have a lot!! 5 grandpas and 7 grandmas! Don't ask! I am excited to see what the Lord has planned!!!!

Bella's First Day of Dance

Today was Bella's first day of dance and she did great!!!She was sooo excited and has been for around 2 weeks. Everyday since I got out her tap and ballet shoes she has been asking, "I go dance class today?" So it was great when I could finally say yes! She was super cute too when I gave her her shoes, I told her to put them in the closet. Well her and Hailey share a room so obviously they share a closet. Bella decided not to put her shoes in the closet. I think maybe cuz she thought Hailey might get them or that was mutual ground she didn't want them there. Long story short she put them in her chonie drawer. So funny!!! Here are some pics from today enjoy!

Recital Recital Recital

Hailey had her dance recital June 28th. She did a tap number to Van Morrison's "Brown-Eyed Girl" It was sooo cute!!! She did soo well too came game time too. She always surprises us when its the final show. lol Maybe I am a little bias, but whatever! So usually the dance recital is the first week of June and this time it was the end, so it threw me off! So much so I forgot to buy tickets!! I know I know mom of the year. But it wound up working out well cuz we had seats way in the back so it gave us plenty of space which was good cuz Bella was with us. After we ate at Hailey's favorite restaurant Sweet Tomatoes. And it was just a really good night! Miss Tara had Jianna so it was great knowing she was being taken care of. Thanks Tara!
